Set measurable objectives to work towards and plan in advance of the show. 

Plan who will represent you and brief them as fully as you can. Also manage your team so they;

• Have an elevator pitch and qualifying questions prepared 
• Are aware of stand etiquette (i.e don't talk on your mobile / don't eat in front of visitors)
• Are approachable and confident
• Use their time to network efficiently

Market yourself

• Tell people you will be there and how to find your stand location. (use the downloadable social media and email footers).
• Advertise in magazines and on social media
• Invite current / previous and future clients to the show
• Build your social media and actively post your show presence using the event's hashtag #WES2024 and handle so the Pump Centre's social media team can repost

Follow up your leads!

• Plan how to record your leads so you can follow them up and assign someone to do this job. Don't let your new contacts go to waste by leaving it too long to contact them. Strike whilst the iron is hot!
